This Week

Monday - Primary Track and Field. Grade 3's - please come ready to be outside and moving! sunscreen, hats, running shoes, shorts. The weather appears to be sunny/cloudy and 18!
Grade 4's - we will be helping out in a few different ways.

Wednesday - Fun Fair - 5:30 to 8:30 pm - See you there!

Thursday - is our POW WOW trip. To all parents who volunteered or would like to join us - please meet us at school at 10:00 am - we will be leaving at 10:15 - all are welcome!
Please contact me at carol.vincent@tdsb.on.ca if you are joining us but did not indicate on the permission form. 

As we are taking TTC, please have your presto card or TTC fare. Kids are free on the TTC.

We are still busy in the class, 

wrapping up projects, presentations, novel studies, etc. 

Please come to school focused and ready to learn!

Outdoor Concert

Today's Outdoor Concert begins at 1:00 pm in the back playground area.

I am so sorry I cannot be there for the next two days. If a parent could take a video of the dance and singing, I would be thrilled.

Clairlea Outdoor Concert

Clairlea Outdoor Concert

This has been an exciting year for the arts at Clairlea P.S.!  We enjoyed watching our students perform at our holiday concerts and again in our production of Seussical the Musical.  We're excited to finish the year off with a casual outdoor concert for students from grades 1-6 & Senior Kindergarten English classes on Tuesday, June 11 @ 1:00 pm.  We'll be going with a daytime concert to accommodate those families who are unable to attend evening concerts.  

Families and community members are welcome to join us for the outdoor concert next Tuesday at 1:00 pm.  The concert will take place in the paved courtyard on the north side of the school.  Seating will not be provided so please bring a lawn chair. If it is raining, the concert will be cancelled.  

Our concert band and intermediate classroom bands will also be performing at the Fun Fair on June 19th.  Looking forward to seeing you there!

Eid Mubarak to all our Muslim students and families! 

Track and Field was not today as I had posted!  It was originally set for today, but changed due to Eid.

• Seussical DVD or Flashdrive is $5.00. Please send money to school with students and I will send them down to Ms Purvis to buy. Thanks!
